There’s a strange feeling that comes with leveling up your mind. You crack open a book like “The Top 10 Distinctions Between Millionaires and the Middle Class,” and suddenly the world clicks into a sharper focus. You see the two paths diverging, the ambitious and the comfortable, the dream chasers and the…well, not exactly dream catchers.
The thing is, you start noticing it everywhere. You’re surrounded by loved ones, like my best friend and her family.
They’re wonderful people, but their conversations revolve around the latest celebrity gossip, who’s leaving their job, or dissecting the lives of others.
It’s a stark contrast to the constant buzz in my head, the relentless brainstorming about my business, the hunger to learn and grow.
It can feel isolating, doesn’t it? Like you’ve switched frequencies and the people around you just can’t hear the new station.
It makes you wonder, are there really just two types of people? Those who chase dreams, build legacies for future generations, and those who…don’t? Is it selfish to strive for something more, to leave a world a little better than you found it, debt-free and overflowing with opportunity for your children?
